S/3428 Antique Treen 19th Century Fruitwood Spice Spoon

A rare fruitwood spice spoon of most delightful proportions, having a curled handle that would allow it to sit on the edge of a thin rimmed bowl. It is a most tactile item of a lovely shape, gorgeous colour and excellent patination. If examined under a powerful glass, many minute scratches and signs of wear and tear can be seen through constant use.
