S/3438 Antique Treen 19th Century Apple Wood Salt

A delightful well turned apple wood salt, having moulded and concave bands and raised on a slender stepped and concave stem, seated on a stepped and rounded foot. The whole, with good pole lathe turnings, has a lovely grain, good rich colour and excellent patination.
