S/3660 Antique Treen 18th Century Beech Ladle

A most appealing 18th century Welsh ladle, having a deep pole lathe turned bowl and a shallow foot, with noticeable lathe turning marks and a short carved rounded handle. It has good flat chisel marks where the handle meets the bowl. The whole has an excellent colour and patination.
