S/3675 Antique Treen 19th Century Yew Wood Salt

A fine early 19th century well turned yew wood salt, of rounded form having an out swept lip. It has a tapered stem on a rounded concave and vertical foot. The whole has a lovely two tone colour, as often found in yew wood, and an excellent patination.
