S/3836 Antique Treen 19th Century Boxwood Pounce Pot

A boxwood pounce pot of circular barrel design, having a top that is recessed with a band of ribbed decoration, which unscrews from the base, that has a conforming band below. The whole has a lovely honey colour and good patination.
