S/3821 Antique 19th Century Toulouse Lautrec Walking Stick

A malacca tippling cane known as a Toulouse Lautrec walking stick, having two screw compartments containing a glass tubular bottle with a cork stopper in one, and the other containing a small glass. It has a chased silver (not hallmarked) top with leaves, berries, and a butterfly, and initialled with a cypher.
