S/3855 Antique Treen 18th Century Beech Mortar

A well used slightly tapered tall cylindrical beech mortar, having an angled rim and two bands of channel mouldings, one of which has two historic wire repairs. It has ancient old worm holes and a crusty patination, with lots of character.
