S/4039 Antique Early 19th Century Sycamore Sieve

An unusual early 19th century brass wire sieve within a well used and patinated shallow sycamore bowl, no doubt used in the kitchen for preparing flour or a similar substance. The whole has a lovely shaded colour and patination, with good pole lathe turnings.
