S/4134 Antique Treen 18th Century Burr Ash Bowl

A well worn and extremely tactile 18th century burr ash bowl, having a well worn rim which compliments the well grained interior. Originally it had a shallow foot, but this has almost worn away through use. The sides have two twin bands of incised decoration, which adds to its appeal. The whole has an excellent colour, grain and patination.
