S/4148 Antique Treen 17th Century Sycamore Mortar

A substantial Charles II sycamore mortar, having a body with a flat rim and two incised lines, raised on a concave and moulded support, with an angled stepped and vertical foot. The whole has an excellent pale colour and patination.
