S/4186 Antique Treen 19th Century Lignum Vitae Stable Log

A well used lignum vitae stable log, ideal as a paperweight, used at the end of a halter rope to prevent a horse straying too far, while not restricting movement unnecessarily. It has double incised line decoration and a good medium colour and patination.
