S/4237 Antique Treen 19th Century Sycamore Dairy Skimmer

A well used and most unusual Welsh sycamore dairy skimmer, made from a single piece of wood. The handle is pierced, shaped and of a delightful form. The bowl is identical to a cream skimmer, but with a handle, which we have not seen before. The whole has an excellent colour and patination.
