S/4243 Antique 19th Century Brass Security Snuff Box

An interesting oval brass security snuff box, having a hinged lid with three clock dials and hands, that have to be set at certain times to allow the button catch to be moved, so that the lid can be released. The interior is tinned and the whole, in excellent condition, has an unpolished attractive patination.
