S/4263 Antique Treen 19th Century Double Elm Gingerbread Mould

An interesting carved double elm gingerbread mould, depicting St. Nicholas (Santa Claus) on horse back. Using the two halves one can produce a three dimensional result, which would be most appealing, as there is a lot of definition to the carving. The whole has an excellent grain, colour and patination.
