S/4320 Antique Treen 19th Century Sycamore Flour Dredger
A good early Victorian sycamore flour dredger of circular form, having a slightly domed top perforated with sixteen holes, which has a screw thread to gain access to the interior for refilling purposes. Flour dredgers often follow in the form of spice towers, as in this instance and are difficult to find these days. It has an added scroll label, and the whole has a lovely rich honey colour and patination.
