S/4360 Antique Treen 19th Century Ash Handled Game Fork

An early 19th century ash handled three pronged game fork for cooking a bird on an open fire. Similar examples are illustrated in The Cauldron, the Spit and the Fire by Robert Deeley on page 28. The handle retains a good patination.
