S/4296 Antique 19th Century Tin Wall Mounted Candle Sconce

A simple tin wall mounted candle sconce of the Victorian Period, having a plain back plate with a hole for hanging, and a curved top that is above a D shaped pan, with a candle holder behind the surrounding gallery. When in use the tin would be highly polished and therefore would reflect the light more satisfactory. Often tin items become rusty through lack of use and would then be disguarded, so pieces in good condition are difficult to find.
