S/4436 Antique Treen Early 19th Century Sycamore Cawl Ladle

A lovely large and impressive Welsh sycamore cawl ladle, carved from a single piece of wood, exhibiting chisel marks with a sturdy handle and hook end. The whole has an excellent colour, condition and patination.
