S/4542 Antique 18th Century Welsh Oak Open Candle Box

A good quality 18th century Welsh open candle box in well grained oak, with a shaped backboard having a cut out carrying handle. The front is of the dovetailed construction with a rounded edge, and the whole has an excellent rich colour and patination.
