S/4678 Antique Early 19th Century Steel Lark Spit
A most attractive early 19th century steel lark spit, having a curled snake handle above two horizontal bars, each with four single prongs for eight birds, raised on a tripod base with flat toes. It has a lovely patinated dark colour and is made in two sections with a screw thread.
