S/4692 Antique Treen Late 19th Century Pair of Sycamore Salt and Pepper Sifters
An unusual pair of late Victorian sycamore salt and pepper sifters, very much in the form of a muffineer, having tops that unscrew with a wooden thread for filling purposes, and reeded and moulded turnings, raised on a concave stem and rounded foot. The pair have an attractive pale colour and retain a patination.
