S/4693 Antique 19th Century Folding Knife and Fork

A small folding knife and fork, used for travelling purposes and usually associated with campaign equipment. The knife matches the fork, which has three tines and a corkscrew, and both are encased with a bone panel to each side. The knife blade is stamped Solingen, which is a German city East of Dusseldorf, which was well known for producing swords, knives and cutlery since early times.
