S/4749 Antique 19th Century Vandyke Pattern Mahogany Inlaid Tunbridge Ware Glove Box

A 19th century vandyke pattern mahogany inlaid Tunbridge ware glove box, having a hinged lid, back, front and sides that are all beautifully inlaid with many various woods in a pattern called vandyke. It is fitted with brass stop hinges and working lock and key. The whole is in excellent condition and retains a good patination.
