S/4743 Antique Treen 19th Century Coquilla Nut Scent Bottle

A finely carved oval coquilla nut scent bottle of small and slender proportions, having a fitted 'silver' stopper attached to three small link chains. On one side a panel is delicately carved with a quiver, bow, arrows and spear. Both panels are surrounded by shell life carving, all of exceptional quality and detail. It is in amazing and excellent condition throughout and has a lovely honey colour and patination.
