S/4866 Antique Treen 19th Century Boxwood and Beech Lead Worker's Mallet
A well used lead worker's mallet of conical design, having a beech handle with an end string hole. The mallet is in boxwood, which is an ideal wood owing to its hardness and durability. The whole has an attractive patinated varying colour.
