S/4905 Antique Early 19th Century Napoleonic P.O.W. Bone Pipe Tamper

A Napoleonic P.O.W. bone pipe tamper also known as a necessaire, resembling a clasp knife with an open work cover, incised lines, containing three folding blades with arrow head ends, comprising of two prickers and an ear scoop for removing wax. A similar example is illustrated in the Arts and Crafts of Napoleonic Prisoner of War by Clive Lloyd on page 211.
