S/4910 Antique Treen 18th Century Dated Scottish Bicker

An exceptional small 18th century Scottish silver banded bicker, made of sycamore and alder and feathered in the usual manner. This small bicker has silver faced lug handles and an incised lined silver band inscribed, 'Tho's Sharp Esq. of Houstown Sept. 25 1765'. The body is bound in willow and the whole has a lovely colour and patination.
