S/4964 Antique Treen 19th Century Kingwood Snuff Shoe

A kingwood snuff shoe having pewter and mother of pearl decoration, which is a good example of a pointed toe snuff shoe with pewter and mother pearl inlay and brass pique decoration. The sliding lid is also decorated, including the protruding heel and sole. The whole has an excellent grain, colour and patination.
