S/5038 Antique Treen 19th Century Sycamore Hooded Butter Stamp

A 19th century sycamore hooded butter stamp, having a hood of moulded form enclosing the handled stamp depicting a flower with leaf decoration. The handle has a screw thread, so that it can be separated for cleaning purposes. The whole has a good pale colour and patination.
