S/5047 Antique Treen 19th Century Sycamore Bowl

A good sycamore bowl, having an interior showing signs of use with many knife marks. The exterior has extensive pole lathe turnings, lip turned decoration and a channel mould continuing to the shallow foot. The whole has a medium to rich dark colour and patination.
