S/5053 Antique Treen 19th Century Ash and Hardwood Plumber's Bobbins

A full set of eleven ash and other hardwood plumber's bobbins on an original length of knotted rope, which were used to pull through lengths of lead pipe to repair or remove any dents, which could occur in transit. This interesting item was purchased from a deceased plumber's estate along with a large selection of his implements used throughout his life time. They would make an unusual door bell pull!
