S/5211 Antique Treen Early 19th Century Large Double Ended Lignum Vitae Pestle

An exceptionally large double ended lignum vitae pestle, which would have been used for a floor standing mortar of large proportions. The whole has a pleasing colour, grain and retains a patination.
