S/5227 Antique Treen 19th Century French Birch Cresse Belle Jug

An interesting belle jug from the Cresse region, which is a commune in the Charente-Maritine department in South Western France. It is carved from the solid with an integral handle. The whole has an excellent colour, grain and patination.
