S/5226 Antique Treen Pear Wood Salt or Spice Shaker of the Georgian Period

A most attractive pear wood salt or spice shaker, having a screw top with five apertures that unscrews for filling purposes. The bulbous body is raised on a stepped and vertical foot and the whole has an excellent colour and patination.
