S/5161 Antique Treen 19th Century Beech Handled Bird Fork

A well formed steel bird fork for cooking on a down hearth or bar grate fire, having three shaped prongs and a tapered steel shaft attached to a plain beech handle with a suspension hole and brass sleeve. The whole has a good colour and retains a patination.
