S/5167 Antique Treen Early 19th Century Burr Birch Salt / Spice Shaker

A small French burr birch salt or spice shaker, having a single aperture and of bulbous form with a circular base which unscrews for filling purposes. The whole has a pleasing colour, grain and patination.
