S/5356 Antique Treen 19th Century Boxwood Beehive Needle Case

A small boxwood needle case in the form of a beehive, having a top that unscrews to reveal a circular vertical bone hollow tube for needles. The base has a chamfered and vertical foot and the whole has a good honey colour and patination.
