S/5395 Antique Early 19th Century Yew Wood Deed Box

A lovely solid yew wood deed box, having a hinged lid. The whole is of dovetailed construction with a baize lined base. It is now fitted with a later base, brass lock and key and has an excellent colour, as often found in yew wood items and a lovely grain and patination.
