S/5426 Antique Treen 19th Century Small Swedish Bentwood Trinket Box

A small oval Swedish bentwood trinket box, having a wood sprung chamfered and fitted pine lid in the usual manner, with a pine base and birch bentwood overlap body, held in place by woven cane. The whole has punch work decoration and a pleasing medium colour, retaining a patination.
