S/5557 Antique Treen 19th Century Yew Wood Salt

A small well turned early 19th century yew wood salt, having a decoratively turned comprehensive stem on a stepped, angled and shallow vertical foot. The whole has a lovely colour and grain, as often found in yew wood items and excellent patination.
