S/5481 Antique 19th Century Scottish Silver Mounted Horn Snuff Box

An exceptionally good quality horn snuff box, having Scottish Silver Mounts and decoration. The engraved hinged lid depicts a crown with a thistle to each side. The ends are silver mounted and it has a silver hinge. The whole is in excellent condition and has a rich colour and patination.
