S/5576 Antique Treen 19th Century Beech Handled Herb Chopper

A late 19th century herb chopper, having twin beech handles with incised lines. The steel blade is stamped Superieur, but no manufacturer's name. The handles are at an angle, so it is most easy to use and a compliment to any kitchen. The whole has a pleasing colour and retains a patination.
