S/5625 Antique Treen Early 19th Century Circular Sycamore Butter Dish

A simple but pleasing well worn early 19th century sycamore butter dish, raised on a circular angled foot, with a concave underside and the remains of incised line decoration. The whole has a pleasing pale colour and retains a patination.
