S/5698 Antique Treen Georgian Ligum Vitae Salt of Classical Form
An excellent and well turned lignum vitae salt of classical form, which is a design often found in garden urns of the Georgian Period. It has a rounded and stepped lip with a shaped bowl that is raised on a concave stem, which in turn is seated on a stepped and rounded foot. The whole has an extremely good colour and patination.
