S/5750 Antique Treen Late 18th Century Swedish Birch Spice Pot

A good example of a well used small Swedish late 18th century turned lidded spice pot of circular form, having a slightly domed fitted lid with decorative turning rings that compliment the rounded bulbous base, which has noticeable ring turning grooves. The whole has a dark rich colour and patination.
