S/5705 Antique Treen 18th Century Lignum Vitae Pestle

A Georgian lignum vitae pestle, having a handle with a slightly domed mushroom top, that has a circular stem terminating in a shaped integral collar above a slightly tapered and rounded end of traditional form. The whole has a good colour and patination.
