S/5792 Antique Treen 19th Century Mahogany Welsh Knitting Sheath Labelled M. G. Lewis

A mahogany curved Welsh knitting sheath, having a shaped profile and named M. G. Lewis on a paper label behind a glazed recessed window. The whole has a good rich colour and patination.
