S/5743 Antique 19th Century Scottish Horn Snuff Mull

A large Scottish horn snuff mull, having a silver collar inscribed, 'When you take a pinch remember me' and a decorative hinge supporting the cork lined lid. It has a further silver cartouche on the front inscribed 'from A.R. to J.C.' The whole has most attractive colouring with a curled tail and is a good example of Scottish snuff mulls.
