S/5818 Antique 19th Century Pocket Folding Tortoiseshell Magnifying Glass

An interesting folding oval magnifying glass, having a reeded white metal frame and mounts. The case is made of tortoiseshell and is profusely carved all over with a repetitive decorative design.
