S/5918 Antique Treen Chain linked Life Preserver of the Georgian Period
An interesting and most harmful life preserver of the Georgian Period, having a chain linked brass cosh attached to a brass collar and shaped rosewood handle with a dark patination. It was possibly for the police or naval use.
